An authentic town, minutes from the coast

Pego sits inland in the Marina Alta, in the north of Alicante province — a genuine Valencian town surrounded by orange groves and rice fields, ringed by the Mostalla, Migdia and Segària mountains that open like a horseshoe towards the Mediterranean.

This is the real Costa Blanca, away from the crowded seafront: peaceful, deeply Spanish and full of everyday life — yet the fine-sand beaches of Oliva and Dénia are only about 8 km away, roughly ten minutes by car.
